GAD Consulting Services Inc. — Governance, Accountability, and Development — began as an auditing firm serving non-profits and private companies.
Within a year, we uncovered a deeper challenge: many organisations could not afford professional audits, while others defaulted to the Big Four. When they did work with us, it became clear — systems were missing.
This insight led to our first product, The Essential Finance Handbook for Entrepreneurs — a seven-step guide simplifying complex financial concepts.
As engagement grew, we realised education alone wasn’t enough. We needed to teach, equip, and walk the journey — giving birth to our Publishing, Training, and Development divisions.
